Terms of Service
These terms explain how we work, what you can expect from us and what we need from you. We've written them the way we'd want them written for us — clear, fair and free of unnecessary legal noise.

Acceptance of terms
By engaging Cinnacom, accepting a quotation or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If something here doesn't work for your situation, tell us before work begins — we're happy to discuss it, and any agreed variation will be confirmed in writing.
Services
Cinnacom provides:
- Website design
- Website development
- Website consulting
- Website maintenance
- Related digital solutions
The specific services for your project are set out in your quotation or proposal.
Quotations & payments
Quotations are valid for a limited period, stated in the quotation itself. After that, pricing may change.
Payment terms — including any deposit, milestones and recurring fees — are agreed in writing before work begins. Late payments may pause or delay a project, and we'll let you know if that happens rather than leaving you guessing.
Project scope
Every project has an agreed scope covering pages, features and deliverables. Requests outside that scope are welcome, but they may require additional time and fees. We'll always confirm the impact with you before proceeding.
Client responsibilities
To keep your project moving, you're responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Supplying content such as text, images and brand assets
- Ensuring you own or have the rights to any content you send us
- Providing timely feedback and approvals at each stage
Project timelines
We aim to deliver on schedule, and our published turnaround times assume prompt communication. Timelines depend on receiving your content, feedback and approvals when they're needed. Delays on either side shift the launch date accordingly.
Revisions
Revisions are included according to your selected package. Additional revisions, or changes that fall outside the agreed scope or direction, may incur additional charges — quoted and approved before we start.
Intellectual property
Cinnacom retains ownership of preliminary concepts, working files and unused designs that were not selected as part of your final deliverable.
Ownership of the completed website transfers to you once payment has been made in full, unless we've agreed otherwise in writing.
Website ownership & handover
We believe that once you've paid for your website, it should be yours.
After full payment, we'll provide reasonable assistance transferring ownership wherever it's technically possible, including:
- Project transfer to an account you control
- Code export, where the platform supports it
- Hosting transition to your chosen provider
- Domain transfer, if the domain is managed by Cinnacom
Some things are outside our control: third-party platforms, software licences, fonts, APIs and hosting providers remain subject to their own terms, pricing and transfer limitations.
Hosting & third-party services
Websites depend on services we don't operate. Cinnacom is not responsible for outages, downtime, data loss, price increases or policy changes caused by third-party providers. Where an issue affects your site, we'll help you work through it.
Maintenance & support
Maintenance and support are provided according to your selected plan. Plans may be cancelled in line with the agreed notice period and any minimum commitment stated in your agreement. Once a maintenance plan ends, updates, hosting and support covered by that plan stop.
Warranty
We include a 30-day post-launch bug-fix warranty. If something we built within the original scope isn't working as intended, we'll fix it at no charge.
This warranty does not cover:
- New feature requests or scope additions
- Issues caused by modifications made by the client or a third party
- Problems caused by third-party software, plugin or platform changes
Confidentiality
Any confidential information you share with us — business plans, pricing, customer data, account credentials — stays private. We won't disclose it to anyone outside the project team except where required by law.
Portfolio rights
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, Cinnacom may showcase completed projects in our portfolio, case studies and marketing materials. If you'd prefer we didn't, just let us know.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Singapore, Cinnacom's total liability arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific work in question.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of profits or revenue, business interruption, loss of data, or failures of third-party providers.
Indemnification
You agree not to hold Cinnacom responsible for claims, damages or costs arising from materials you supply to us — including text, images, logos, fonts and data — or from your use of the completed website in breach of applicable law or third-party rights.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project by giving written notice. If that happens, you remain responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date, and we'll hand over the completed work covered by that payment.
Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control — including natural disasters, epidemics, war, civil unrest, government action, utility or internet failures, or major third-party platform outages. Affected obligations are paused until the situation is resolved.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time as our services evolve. The current version is always published on this page with the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
